Bloom⁺ Programme
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Bloom⁺ Health and Wellbeing Programme (“the Programme”) delivered by Daniel Nutrition Ltd with community partners, including Ryecroft Community Hub.
1. About the Programme

Bloom⁺ is a free, community-based initiative combining nutrition education, practical cooking, food growing, physical activity, and wellbeing workshops.

The Programme runs March-August 2026 at Ryecroft Community Hub, Walsall (six-monthly sessions).

There are no fees or subscriptions to join.
2. Eligibility and Registration

Open to all ages.
-
Under-18s must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult (parent or legal guardian).

Under-18s are not eligible for a full nutritional assessment or personalised care plan.

The official Microsoft Forms onboarding form (including consent, medical and safeguarding information) must be completed before attending.

Participants will not be permitted to attend until onboarding is complete and confirmed.

Spaces are limited and confirmed once registration and onboarding are accepted.

Daniel Nutrition Ltd reserves the right to remove or decline any participant from the Programme at any time and for any reason.
3. Use of the Programme and Portal

If you receive login details for our online hub, keep them confidential and do not share them.

Materials are for your own educational use only and may not be copied or shared commercially.

You must provide accurate, current information at all times.
4. Health Advice and Medical Disclaimer

Bloom⁺ provides general health and nutrition education only and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Always consult a GP before making major changes to diet, exercise or lifestyle, especially if you have a medical condition or take medication.

By attending, you confirm that you (and any dependants you supervise) are medically fit for light activity and gardening tasks.

Notify Daniel Nutrition of any health concerns or changes before each session and via the onboarding process.
5. Privacy, Data Protection and Safeguarding

We comply with UK GDPR.

We collect personal and health information to deliver and evaluate the Programme safely.

This may include contact details, age, accessibility needs, lifestyle information, attendance, medical conditions, evaluation data, and photos or videos.

Your data is used to provide resources, support research & evaluation and meet safeguarding duties.

Information may be shared with trusted partners for delivery or, where required by law, with safeguarding or healthcare agencies if risk of harm is identified.

Data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary before being anonymised or deleted.

By registering, you (and your parent/guardian if under 18) consent to this use of your data.

6. Evaluation and Research

Research and evaluation are built into the Programme.

All participants are automatically opted in to baseline and follow-up questionnaires measuring demographic information along with well-being, diet, activity data and other metrics of health.

All data is anonymised for analysis.

Anonymised data may also be shared with research partners such as the University of Leeds, Ryecroft NRC, and Birmingham City University.

7. Full Nutritional Assessment

The Full Nutritional Assessment is available only to participants aged 18+.

It is redeemed using a unique promo code provided at onboarding.

Attendance at 1 face-to-face session is required before full nutritional assessment can be redeemed.

Separate terms and conditions apply when this service is redeemed.

Access to this additional service is at the discretion of Daniel Nutrition Ltd.
8. Safeguarding and Safety
The safety and wellbeing of all participants is our highest priority.
All employees have completed Level 2 Safeguarding training, hold enhanced DBS checks, and follow the procedures set out in our official Safeguarding Statement available at www.danielnutrition.com/safeguarding
During onboarding, we request each participant’s GP surgery details and home address. This information is stored securely and is used only if a serious health or safeguarding concern arises, for example if we need to contact your GP, emergency services, or safeguarding authorities to ensure your safety or the safety of others.
All sessions and venues are risk-assessed before delivery. Participants must follow staff instructions at all times and report any health, safety, or safeguarding concerns immediately.
Under-18s remain the responsibility of their accompanying adult at all times.
Daniel Nutrition Ltd reserves the right to remove any participant from the Programme if behaviour, health concerns, or safeguarding risks compromise safety.
9. Participant Conduct

Be respectful and inclusive. Bullying, harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated.

No smoking, vaping, alcohol or illegal substances are permitted.

Use all facilities and tools responsibly.

Daniel Nutrition Ltd reserves the right to remove anyone from the program for any reason.
10. Intellectual Property

All Bloom⁺ content, materials and branding belong to Daniel Nutrition Ltd.
-
You may use them only for your personal learning during the Programme.
11. Photography and Media
-
We may take photos or short videos for evaluation or promotion.
-
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@danielnutrition.co.uk.
12. Programme Changes and Termination
-
Session times, venues or content may change due to weather, illness or venue issues.

Participants will be notified by email.

We may update these Terms; the latest version will always be available at www.danielnutrition.co.uk/bloom-terms-conditions.

Continued participation means you accept any updates.
13. Liability and Medical Disclaimer

The Bloom⁺ Programme provides general information and education on healthy eating, lifestyle, and wellbeing. It is not a medical service and does not replace professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should always consult your GP, nurse, or another qualified healthcare professional before making major changes to your diet, exercise, or medication.
-
If you experience pain, dizziness, injury, or any concerning symptoms during or after sessions, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
-
While all activities are designed to be safe, evidence-based, and inclusive, participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

Daniel Nutrition Ltd and its delivery partners cannot guarantee specific health outcomes (such as weight loss, BMI change, or medical improvement).

Both Daniel Nutrition Ltd and Ryecroft Community Hub hold the appropriate public liability and professional indemnity insurance policies to cover their respective responsibilities for the safe delivery and hosting of sessions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daniel Nutrition Ltd and its partners accept no responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, injury, or damages resulting from participation in the Programme or reliance on general information provided.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
By signing up and participating in Bloom+, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, understand that onboarding is required for entry, and accept that research, evaluation and photo/video media consent are part of the Programme unless you email to opt out.
