A free call designed to help you decide where to begin with my services. This is an introductory session and does not include any personalised nutritional advice. Unsure which program is right for you? Book a free 15–30 minute initial consultation with Daniel Essom, Registered Associate Nutritionist (AfN), to explore your goals and see how tailored support could help. This informal chat, conducted by phone, video call, or in-person (subject to location), is an opportunity to learn more about the structure, content, and suitability of the programs offered. No nutritional advice or personalised recommendations will be provided at this stage. You’ll gain clarity on: • What each program includes • Which option best suits your needs • How ongoing support works There is no obligation to commit. All discussions are confidential and in line with our data protection policy. Please note: This session is not a substitute for medical advice and should not replace guidance from your GP or healthcare provider.

Initial Consultation Policy The initial consultation is a complimentary session designed to assess whether Daniel Essom, Registered Associate Nutritionist (AfN), is best placed to support your individual needs through one of the available programs. This conversation will explore your general goals and circumstances, provide an overview of the program options, and help identify which package may be most appropriate for you. The consultation is intended to guide your decision-making and determine if we are the right fit to work together. Please note, this consultation should not replace medical advice from your GP or healthcare provider. It is not a clinical appointment. No nutritional advice or personalised recommendations will be given. The session is purely an informal discussion to understand how I may be able to help you.
