A 12-month weight management program including 10 x 60-minute sessions, three follow-up consultations at weeks 12, 26, and 52, ongoing support throughout the year, dietary analysis, free evening community meet-ups, and optional biochemical and genetic testing.

Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions Overview When you enrol and make payment, you will complete a full onboarding process before any services begin. This onboarding includes: • Full Programme Terms & Conditions: A detailed agreement covering session structure, attendance, cancellations, safeguarding, communication, and acceptable use. • Programme‑Suitability Assessment: Questions to confirm the programme is appropriate and safe for you (and whether any GP clearance is needed). • Medical Questionnaire: Health history, medications, allergies, and relevant lifestyle factors to tailor support and manage risk. • GDPR & Data‑Use Consent: Clear explanations of what data we collect, why, how it’s stored, and your rights (access, correction, deletion), with your explicit consent recorded. You must review and accept these onboarding documents (completed securely online) to start the programme. If you choose to decline the full Terms & Conditions during onboarding, and no services have commenced, a full refund will be issued. Programme‑specific T&Cs agreed at onboarding form your primary legal agreement and take precedence over any website summaries. You are also welcome to view these full T&Cs before payment by request. ⸻ Refund & Cancellation Policy We aim to be fair and transparent with our refund process: • Full refund (pre‑start safeguard): After payment, you will complete in‑depth onboarding (full programme T&Cs, programme‑suitability assessment, GDPR/data‑use consent, and medical questionnaire). If you change your mind and decline these Terms & Conditions during onboarding, and no services have commenced, a full refund will be issued. • Refunds for future sessions may be requested within the first 14 days of starting the programme. • Partial refunds may be granted at any time for medical or exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the Director (Daniel Essom). • Cancellations must be submitted via email at least 2 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling. • If the Director cancels a session, a refund or rescheduled session will be offered. • You may cancel your participation at any time; however, the refund amount will be determined by the Director based on your level of engagement and the services already delivered. • We do not issue refunds retrospectively for sessions already delivered. • All refunds requested after the initial 14‑day period are granted solely at the discretion of the Director (Daniel Essom).
